SHIPPING & RETURNS
Moali the label offers free shipping for all Australian orders over $70.
All items are posted 1-3 business days after ordering. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Shipping within Australia
We use Sendle & Australia Post to send our goods to you, sometime items can take a little longer due to matters out of our control (like COVID-19).
We do not currently have an express option for shipping.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Moali the label offers returns on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery for an online credit with no expiry. Refunds are only offered for faulty items.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The item is returned unworn and in original condition
- Swimwear is returned in original packaging (Moali the label garment bag)
- Hygiene liner MUST be in place and not tampered with, please try all swimwear on with underwear.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- Proof of purchase be provided
Moali the label reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged (this includes perfumes, scents, tanning product and excessive hair) or do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return at your expense.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and are non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Moali the label is not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Moali the label does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a size or style, you are welcome to repurchase with your store credit.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly we are so sorry about this :( We pride our brand on quality control and customer satisfaction! If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
